1. Register —your email and your NPI. We verify it's active against the public NPPES registry before anything else — no NPI, no account.
2. Log a visit —office or home, evaluation code, timed procedures with minutes, RTM device/management data if you bill it.
3. Review the draft —units, codes, a representative estimate, and any NCCI or documentation flags. You decide what actually gets filed.
This computes a draft for your own review. It is not a claim submission, not a payment guarantee, and not a substitute for your own billing judgment or your biller's sign-off.
