ATTESTED PROMS · PILOT
The outcome CMS counts, signed in your office.
A pilot is one surgeon and one joint, scoped around the outcome capture the hospital already owes CMS: the patient answers KOOS JR or HOOS JR, the surgeon signs, and each result comes back sealed so anyone can check it. It does not replace the scribe or the outcomes platform you already use.
Not sure where your office stands? Run the readiness check against TEAM, Hospital IQR and ACCESS. Try it first on synthetic data: capture and sign one, then change an answer and watch the seal break. No patient data goes in until there is a business associate agreement in place.
